How to Load Your Gang Sheet in the Builder

The builder lets you lay out your designs on the sheet right in your browser. No design software needed.

Step by step

1. Open the builder. Hit any "Build a Gang Sheet" button or start here.
2. Pick your sheet size. All sheets are 22 in wide. Pick the length. Not sure? Start smaller. You can always go bigger.
3. Upload your designs. Drag in your PNG files (see Step 3 for the checklist).
4. Size each design. Set the width in inches to the size you want on the shirt.
5. Duplicate. Need 12 of the same logo? Duplicate it instead of uploading 12 times.
6. Fill the space. Use auto-arrange if available, or drag designs to fit. Leave a small gap between designs so they're easy to cut apart.
7. Check for warnings. If the builder flags low resolution, fix the file before ordering.
8. Add to cart and check out. Your sheet goes straight to production.

Pro tips

• Fill empty spots with extra left-chest logos or sleeve prints. They're basically free.
• Test prints: add a couple of small extras to test your press settings.
