How to Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet

If your gang sheet is already designed and ready to print, uploading it is quick. This guide shows you how to prepare your file and place your order with One Off Transfers.

1. Make sure your gang sheet is print-ready

Before uploading, review the file carefully. We print what is submitted, so it is important to check the layout before placing your order.

• Confirm the gang sheet size matches the size you are ordering.
• Make sure the artwork is not blurry or pixelated.
• Check spelling, names, numbers, and dates.
• Make sure designs are spaced apart for cutting.
• Remove any background you do not want printed.
• Keep all artwork inside the sheet boundary.

2. Use the right file type

For most DTF gang sheet orders, a high-quality PNG file with a transparent background is best. PDF files may also work when they are exported correctly, but PNG is usually the easiest format for customers to check before uploading.

Avoid screenshots, low-resolution files, and images saved from social media. Those files often look fine on a phone but print blurry at full size.

3. Choose the Upload Your Gang Sheet product

Go to our Upload Your Gang Sheet product page. This option is for customers who already have a finished gang sheet file and do not need layout help.

4. Select your sheet size

Choose the same sheet size that matches your file. If your file was built as a 22 inch by 24 inch gang sheet, select that same size when ordering. Do not order a different size unless you have resized your artwork correctly.

5. Upload your file

Use the upload box on the product page to attach your gang sheet file. After uploading, check the file name and make sure the correct version is attached.

Tip: If you made multiple versions, name your final file clearly, such as final-gang-sheet-ready-to-print.png.

6. Add quantity and checkout

Select how many copies you need, add the product to cart, and complete checkout. If local pickup is available, choose the option that works best for you.
