Shipping Policy

Production time

Every order is printed to order. Production time starts once your order is paid and your files are approved. Turnaround can vary with order size and volume. If you have a hard deadline, call or email us before ordering and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States.
• Shipping cost and available speeds are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Transfers ship flat or rolled and protected so they arrive ready to press.

Local pickup

Local in the 626? Choose Local Pickup at checkout when available and pick up at our Arcadia shop:
11725 Goldring Rd. Suite 1, Arcadia, CA 91006.
We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

Address issues

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll update it.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim. If your transfers arrive damaged, send photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy).
