These terms apply to your use of oneofftransfers.com and any order you place with One Off Transfers ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Your artwork

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every design, logo, name and image you upload.
• You're responsible for your files: spelling, sizing, resolution, colors, and transparent backgrounds. We print what you send.
• We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order that includes content that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or that is hateful, violent, or illegal.
• We don't claim ownership of your artwork. We only use it to produce your order. We don't use customer designs in our marketing without your permission.

2. Colors and results

Screens and printers show color differently, so small color differences between your screen and the finished print are normal and aren't considered defects. Results also depend on the garment and on how transfers are pressed.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Orders go to production once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that contain obvious pricing errors.

4. Production, shipping and refunds

Production, shipping and local pickup are covered in our Shipping Policy. Custom orders are final sale; defects we cause are covered in our Refund Policy.

5. Using our products

Follow the press instructions provided and test before a full run. We aren't liable for damage to garments, equipment, or lost profits from how transfers are applied. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

6. Privacy

How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
